Anti-Corrosion Zinc Primer

Professional grade zinc-rich epoxy primer containing 80% metallic zinc in the dried film, providing excellent cathodic protection for ferrous metal substrates. This high-performance primer forms a tough, adherent barrier that protects steel from corrosion in the most demanding environments including marine, chemical, and industrial settings. Serves as an ideal base coat in multi-coat protective systems.

Abrasive blast cleaning to Sa 2.5 standard (ISO 8501-1) required. Surface must be free of rust, mill scale, and contaminants. Apply within 4 hours of blasting.

Not recommended. Should be used as primer in multi-coat system. Apply compatible intermediate and topcoat for complete protection.

Can be overcoated up to 30 days without special preparation. After 30 days, light abrasion required before applying topcoat.

Not suitable for potable water contact. Use only for external surfaces or non-potable applications.
