NeXCryl 2430

NeXCryl 2430 is a high quality, four-component, low viscosity, hydrophilic, waterproofing acrylic
injection gel that can be injected at a volume ratio of 1:1 Part A: Part B using an appropriate injection
pump. Initiator and accelerator dose level can be optimised to get adjustable reaction time. NeXCryl
2430 is a good application product and suitable for water sealing of small cracks, voids in walls, floors,
concrete constructions and underground mines and tunnel structures. Accelerator dose level of 0 to 10
wt percentage can be added to accelerate product setting time. Due to low Viscosity (mPa·s @ 25°C)of this hydrophilic
acrylic injection grout, it has good flow properties and is capable of penetration into small joints and
cracks. This is a water swellable, eco friendly product. Hydrophilicity of NeXCryl 2430 helps to take
additional water inside it, thereby seal and waterproof the place.
