It is a blend of 2,4 and 4,4 diphenylmethane diisocyanates, commonly referred to as a 2,4-rich isocyanate. At room temperature, it appears as a clear, colourless to light yellow liquid. Thanks to the varying reactivity of the 2,4 and 4,4 MDI components, NeXnate MDI 2450 offers enhanced flow properties, making it ideal for injection molding applications. The NeXnate MDI 2450 is highly versatile and is used in the production of a wide range of polyurethane (PU) elastomers, adhesives, paints, and automotive parts.
