NeXTeRA2421 is a versatile, low-viscosity, two-component polyureasilicate resin developed for injection into both soft and hard rock formations in mining, tunneling, and civil engineering projects. Specifically designed as a Pre-Excavation Grout, it ensures rapid stabilization of coal seams, concrete structures, and soft ground, delivering enhanced structural integrity along with high compressive and flexural strength. NeXTeRA2421’s exceptional performance also enables its use as a chemical “rock bolt resin,” with field tests showcasing compressive strength exceeding 35 MPa and bonding strength exceeding 5 MPa. NeXTeRA2421 is the ideal choice for ground stabilization and water control in pre-excavation applications.

When mixed in a 1:1 ratio by volume, an exothermic reaction begins, with temperatures potentially reaching up to 120°C. This temperature helps increase reactivity and product stabilization.
